Details:

Has a timer on it and seems to work also, keep person from leaving charge forever should he forget about it, I have done that before myself. Has surface rust on the cabinet and cables have cracks in outer insulation but wires looks good. Bought this at an estate offer and was told it works, but I tested myself does produce volts so should do a real good job chairing up 36 volt battery pack.
